NAV Financial Accounting

Navision has a beautiful, if not the extension development most beautiful financial accounting system on the German market. In my opinion, this even applies to DATEV accounting, which is often mentioned in this context.

Whereby the term „integrated“ is somewhat misleading: Strictly speaking, everything that makes Navision so strong is arranged around financial accounting. And that is a traveling advantage over all systems where accounting is „externally flanged“ or „externally connected“.

If you previously had the feeling that the financial accounting of Navision (Dynamics 365, Business Central) no need is so elegant to use? Then invite me to your place and I'll show you

  • how simple Accounting sheets are to be operated
  • how quickly you Payment proposals be able to create on the accounts receivable and accounts payable side
  • how to deal with the Wait and see-function can structure their unclear items.

Here or there - depending on the application - Navision sometimes lacks a little something to yet another to run more smoothly. But we'll get there quickly too!

Drag and drop documents into the incoming documents, import incoming documents via GetMyInvoices or other entry service providers, including pre-accounting. Create P&L, commercial balance sheets in dozens of variants. Simple check whether all accounts are used/evaluated. Make your Navision the most beautiful Navision there is - and avoid any external financial accounting at all costs, that would be a shame for Navision!

Diamant, Datev, Syntona from Allgeier... All very nice systems that are also great to use and have their justification. Nevertheless, I would always recommend using Navision's own financial accounting system when using Navision.
